Mr. DiNitto served as the Sr. Project Manager and Design Team Director for this 24,000-seat ballpark and new home of the NCAA College World Series. TD Ameritrade Park provides an elevated, wrap-around concourse, with natural grass (heated) playing field, 30 suites, 2,500 club-level seats, a stadium club, and (4) clubhouses. It replaces historic Rosenblatt Stadium as the new home of the College World Series and will continue the 50-year Omaha-tradition for the next 25+ years with the NCAA. The stadium, located in downtown Omaha, is the catalyst for expansive new downtown development of hotels, restaurants, and entertainment in the City’s NoDo (North Downtown) development district. It can be configured for concerts, football games and soccer matches.
