The design study, conducted in 2009 for the City of Apple Valley, accompanied a market feasibility study and included stadium program elements and cost estimates, and presented a stadium design concept. The design studies, conducted between 2006 and 2010, evaluated several proposed sites, developed stadium program elements and cost estimates, and presented ballpark design concepts.
